Our journey began with careful observation, thoughtful discussion, and innovative thinking. We started by laying a solid foundation with the creation of our first product concept, which eventually led to the development of PIERRE—a revolutionary smart home system. 
What began as an idea has grown over the years into a fully-fledged solution, supported by a team of over 20 dedicated professionals across two locations: Subotica and Szeged.

As we’ve expanded our presence, first in Serbia, Hungary, then into America, we’ve seen our vision take shape on a global scale.

Now, our goal is to bring our innovation to Poland.

We’re looking for a driven individual to take the lead in Poland, spearheading our efforts to grow and establish new sales pods. You will play a pivotal role in building something extraordinary, with you at the forefront of this exciting expansion.

If you’re driven by sales and have over 2 years of experience or a degree in electrical engineering with project management skills, and you’re eager to lead our expansion into Poland, we invite you to apply for the Project Account Executive position. 

What would your role be?
Working together
Sales Process Completion:
  • Manage and attend meetings scheduled by the SDR in Google Calendar.
  • Drive and finalize the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial engagement to successful closure.
  • Engage in client meetings, both online and offline, fostering meaningful discussions to understand their unique needs and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare and present proposals and bids, negotiate terms and conditions with clients, and achieve sales targets.
  • Occasionally make cold calls to identify potential leads, initiate conversations, and arrange meetings.
Work in the office
Project and Client Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in Poland and across Europe.
  • Organize and lead training sessions for partners.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, effectively communicate their needs and feedback to the technical team, and ensure the successful implementation and operation of the PIERRE system.
  • Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met, optimize work processes, and create a collaborative and productive work environment.

Reporting, Sales Process Enhancement and Continuous Learning:
  • Propose and implement suggestions for refining and improving the overall sales process, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Actively strive to achieve well-organized and impactful meetings, balancing online and offline interactions.
  • Keep the miniCRM system up to date with accurate information and document all activities and follow-ups.
  • Take responsibility for daily and weekly reporting, providing insights and updates on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Report in Google Chat channel and an Excel table after meetings, summarizing discussions and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development by staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
