At PIERRE, we’re looking for a Sales Support Engineer — someone passionate about technology, communication, and customer experience, who will help bring our smart home solutions to life for clients around the world.
Today, PIERRE exports to 12 countries, with a clear goal and ambition to make 2026 our most successful year yet, expanding our reach and continuing to set new standards in the smart home industry.
- Providing technical support to the sales team throughout the offer and sales process
- Analyzing client requirements and proposing optimal smart home solutions
- Preparing technical documentation, system diagrams, and cost estimates
- Taking part in product presentations and demonstrations
- Collaborating with the technical team during system implementation and testing
- Keeping up with new technologies and trends in automation and IoT
Education
- Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar technical discipline or
- Candidates with a technical college degree (e.g. electrical, IT, automation, or mechatronics) are also welcome to apply — especially if they have hands-on experience in technical support, installations, or sales of technical solutions.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a related role — such as sales engineering, system design or installation, smart home automation, or IT/electrical technical support
- Experience working directly with clients — as this role combines technical expertise with communication and problem-solving skills.
