PIERRE creates optimal working conditions for the employees of the architecture company, ensuring both comfort and efficiency throughout the workspace. 

The main objective of the project was to provide an outstanding work environment, while also maximizing energy and cost savings through advanced automation. Security played a key role as well, allowing authorized administrators to manage the alarm and camera systems directly through the PIERRE app. 

The solution includes smart intercom capabilities with video calls and remote door access, integrated camera and smart alarm systems, as well as precise control of heating, cooling, and various lighting groups. Door and window sensors, electric window operation, and automated blinds further enhance comfort, safety, and overall building performance, creating a fully connected and managed workplace.
