The system enables advanced lighting control, including LED and dimmable lights, as well as management of underfloor heating, air conditioning, and ventilation. Smart shading automatically adjusts based on predefined settings and lighting conditions, while the entrance door can be controlled through the app or via RFID cards and bracelets. 

The solution also integrates a smart alarm system, cameras and surveillance, pipe rupture detection in sanitary areas, and garage ramp control through the application and RFID access.
